Had the pleasure of meeting your technician Noah England and his assistant Pat when they came to install my furnace. Noah was very knowledgeable and explained my options. He never lost his . patience even though I kept asking questions about different procedures and then distracting them with my getting in the way with my walker. Furnace went out on a Sunday. They came out a few hours later and we decided to replace entire system. New system installed Wednesday. Great service.
