I contacted Origin Taxes to assist with my tax debt. I filed all taxes up to date to make for a smoother process. They assured that they could assist. They dragged on my case for MONTHS--over a year. And at the end of the process pretty much said oops we can't assist you, you don't qualify for any programs. I felt tricked. If they couldn't assist they should have been upfront months ago. I paid Origin Tax money every month for over a year, just to find out that they could not help me. I had to go on a payment plan with the state anyway, who I contacted myself to get it set up. I canceled their services right away. All that money down the drain when I could have been giving to the state!

A great company that is reasonable on their fees with no down payment like most accounting firms i spoke to. They truly care about resolving your tax issues. i paid 500 on a 15,000 debt. thank you so much.

I have been in contact with both ladies by the name of Rose Rivera and Nichole, and both ladies have been so extremely supportive, helpful and patient in every way possible. I pay an amount each month to Origin that I honestly cannot afford on my salary. But, I think it's worth it for the benefit I hope to receive when you think of the big and bad IRS problem going away for good. Point is, these ladies have made my experience with Origin so very pleasant and warm. I can appreciate that. Thank you both.

My experience with this company was awful to say the least!!!! Very condescending everyone!! No advice no help just paid them and all they did was set me up in payments that I can't afford help I could have done that!!!
