Origin Sperm Bank was so ridiculously unresponsive over the last 6 months it was almost a joke. In the spring I tried to call multiple times about the status of a wait list I was on. When no one picked up I tried to leave a voicemail. When I selected the number for their voicemail the line just hung up on me. This happened multiple times when I tried to call, so left a message at the main voicemail box and never heard back. They called me months later when I got to the top of the wait list, thankfully. The staff is very nice. The doctor takes time to have a one on one discussion where you can ask all your questions.
