My PF therapist Gokce was kind and knowledgeable, customer service in person was nice and patient while we booked multiple sessions. I've interactacted with customer service over the phone (its not location based) and that customer service is poor.
Gokce Gulmez is my provider and has been incredible. I have Crohn’s Disease and she is the 3rd Pelvic Floor Therapist I have seen. She has been a game changer for me. Super knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do to help me.
I was referred to this practice and was excited about getting help with my issues. I can't review the actual practice because I didn't make it past the booking stage. When I went to book my appointment online, I was informed that there was a $35 "platform fee" before you could book your appointment. I find this completely off-putting and it made me cancel my plans to use this practice. I'll be finding some place else that doesn't charge me extra for the privilege of making an appointment.
I'll update my review after I'm able to come in. For now, based on both times I've interactacted with customer service, the service is POOR and your office has already lost my referral, so I'm having to get it re-sent, which is a hassle in itself. I'm frustrated that your office is causing me barriers to coming to my appt when I already have a referral to come here.
I don’t recommend to use Origin, looks good on the surface but everything they care about is get cash out of your pocket for doing nothing. Really frustrated with the billing for their services and PT attitude. My PT was late for our virtual appointments (that were charged $360 for 45 minutes by the way), the bills to my insurance were x2 time higher their pricing on the web site and on top of that they have enormous cancellation fee for the service they didn’t provide.
