Dr Tori has been my primary for well over a year. I am a difficult person physically to work with, but Dr Tori is remarkably resilient trying to help me to be stronger and for me to have less pain. Severa has also worked with me, and she is also an amazing physical therapist. I feel so fortunate to have found this amazing physical therapy practice! They are very caring and wonderful working with my ever-changing pain issues! Thanks!
0/10 recommend. My daughter got sick so I couldn’t make the appointment and charged me $150 to cancel or reschedule. They care about money more than patients. Also charge you $35 just to book an appointment on top of the appointment fee. They’re in tiny little rooms too. Seek care elsewhere if you want a facility that care about you. They’re a disgrace.
My PT Dr. Severa is amazing she listened , she assessed and it’s working for me after 3 years of vacillating hip pelvic issues. I have some hope now. Private rooms 1:1 and knowledgeable and amazing attitude we got this !! Get an assessment don’t settle for agitation inconsistent relief.
I cannot recommend Dr. Severa Willacker highly enough. After two major excision surgeries for endometriosis and over a decade of chronic pelvic pain and tension, I truly didn’t know if I would ever feel normal again. UPDATE: I called as requested; and left a message for the director. No one called me back. I also called the Bellaire location to try to schedule with a PT there instead. The admin defended the therapist in question as “a great therapist” and basically minimized/diminished MY experience. So much for a “woman centered” business. I did not feel comfortable with the therapist I saw and did not continue to see them after the second visit.
