I cannot recommend Dr. Severa Willacker highly enough. After two major excision surgeries for endometriosis and over a decade of chronic pelvic pain and tension, I truly didn’t know if I would ever feel normal again. UPDATE: I called as requested; and left a message for the director. No one called me back. I also called the Bellaire location to try to schedule with a PT there instead. The admin defended the therapist in question as “a great therapist” and basically minimized/diminished MY experience. So much for a “woman centered” business. I did not feel comfortable with the therapist I saw and did not continue to see them after the second visit. I did not feel comfortable with the therapist I saw and did not continue to see them after the second visit. Among other things said and off putting facial reactions, she tried to lecture me about the value of being on time for appointments (I was late to the second appointment but within the grace period; have a young baby at home), it was altogether unnecessary and unprofessional. It was so awkward that I just said what I could to make it as less awkward and uncomfortable as possible for myself.
Booked an appointment online and had the appointment confirmed received the forms and an email confirming the appointment along with the forms. I made arrangements to have my newborn watched so I could leave the house and less than 3 hours before the appointment I received a call that Dr. Severa was out of office and not taking appointments. How unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL.
I came in with pain, and after completing my treatment plan, I was pain free! Severa was wonderful!
