Customer support is top-notch at this company. Eddie and Oliver were very patient with me and answered all my questions. Bryant emailed me multiple times during the build and testing phase. I got an email shipping confirmation with tracking also. I received my eon16-x via ups, and it was packaged and shipped with care. This company takes a lot of pride in their work. My computer is running flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company for all your PC needs.

I placed two orders for two laptops. Order #538963 was placed 11/02/23. You all shipped me a completely bricked laptop to the tune of $3349.71. 2 weeks later I was shipped another completely bricked laptop, order #541881, to the tune of $3485.47. I have shipped this 2nd bricked laptop back and it was received by Origin pushing 2 weeks ago. 1st PC with them, some small order snafus. No big deal. Tech support was awesome! So a few years later I purchase a new laptop. Messed up the RAM order but they in the end made it right. Why is there a screw loose and why don’t the keyboard lights work? Tech support there has crumbled. Apparently getting the laptop lights to work was the straw that broke the camels back. Trying to return this laptop so I can get an illuminated keyboard for under 3000

I bought a $4500 EVO17-S from them and instantly ran into constant blue screens. It also has this INCREDIBLY annoying whistle and I'm not just talking about the sound of air. I would be absolutely okay with some large air flow noise, if it were just the sound of air flow, but this is something rotating, winding up and down when the fans kick up and down, super annoying and mostly because it's present even when the computer is idling and the fans are not even running!
