I bought an origin pc thinking that I had made an excellent choice. I was looking at the settings today when I realized the computer was shipped without Windows being activated. My first instinct was to look at the documentation for the Windows disk and activation code. There were no disk and no activation code. I’ll be honest: this purchase didn’t go perfectly from start to finish. I ran into some initial payment issues during checkout, and the shipping experience with UPS was extremely frustrating. The system was delayed, went days without tracking updates, and ultimately showed up unexpectedly. Customer support is top-notch at this company. Eddie and Oliver were very patient with me and answered all my questions. Bryant emailed me multiple times during the build and testing phase. I got an email shipping confirmation with tracking also. I received my eon16-x via ups, and it was packaged and shipped with care. This company takes a lot of pride in their work. My computer is running flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company for all your PC needs.
I placed two orders for two laptops. Order #538963 was placed 11/02/23. You all shipped me a completely bricked laptop to the tune of $3349.71. 2 weeks later I was shipped another completely bricked laptop, order #541881, to the tune of $3485.47. I have shipped this 2nd bricked laptop back and it was received by Origin pushing 2 weeks ago.
