I've been asking for a repair for a year. It's still not been done.
Count up the number of 1 (one) star reviews and then decide whether this is a company you wish to do business with. In the past (2018) they used to take "extra money weekly" as part of their "savings scheme". They kept the interest from this. The idea was to protect them against the 'then relatively new Universal credit '. Subsequently, a couple of years ago, they now claim that no such scheme exists. Absolutely TERRIBLE company. Gaslight us tenants when we ALL complain about something. Won't do anything to resolve it. Won't do ANYTHING to make us feel safe. Our parking gate keeps getting broken and damaged and they have YET to fix it, this started over a year ago. They have let black mold grown in our basement making it a health and safety risk! First review sometime in 2022/23 Since moving in to this Origin Housing property in 2006 we have had approximately 10 housing officers. Working there must be as horrible as it is living in one of their properties. The housing officers always start out enthusiastic and ready to tackle problems; this enthusiasm always fades away pretty quickly and it is fun (its not really fun) to see how long it lasts. Just got transferred to a new property and have encountered an annoyance of antisocial behaviour from other tenants. Complained to housing officer who only replied once and ignored other messages and then blocked me. Appalling customer service and now im fearing for my safety. Worst housing association. I am a human being and to be dismissed and ignored is just disgraceful.
