I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is shocking and the lack of services around the area is also a disgrace. I made a complaint in November which still isn't sorted which is a huge health and safety risk. Everyone just ignores me despite the constant chasing. I would never ever recommend anyone to get involved with this company. They are a pure headache and I regret ever signing and contract with them. They don't care about the tenant the manager is kept putting the phone down On my face house looks like a pig stiy i have been complaining numerous times the house got mold and dump stinks everything falling into pieces it's not enough now victim of racism i made a complain don't wanna hear my voice to me racism unacceptable plus cuisine tenant for something don't even exist
Don’t even bother. Most useless housing people ever. Never help. Neighbourhood management literally IGNORE you. Everything is falling apart, maintenance are sent but don’t fix it as they don’t have a clue, but mark job as done. I had a severe flood over a year ago, still asking for things to be fixed from it. USELESS. I HATE living here, if I could leave I would.
The other poor reviews will give you all the info you need on this company. Had issues with neighbour noise late at night and trying to get an appointment with someone isn't easy. Or they'll cancel and never get back to you. Take your pick. Absolute joke of a company.
Reported damp in my flat in April 2024 .at that time it wasn't to bad .Origin did nothing for a couple of months. In this time the damp got worse by a long shot. They just seem to send people round to look at the problem to keep you quiet. The result nothing gets done Finally in November 2024 a contractor came and dud sone decoration . Within two weeks damp cracked paint and plaster already appeared. Compensation given which I didn't accept as was not acceptable far to low.
