Absolutely TERRIBLE company. Gaslight us tenants when we ALL complain about something. Won't do anything to resolve it. Won't do ANYTHING to make us feel safe. Our parking gate keeps getting broken and damaged and they have YET to fix it, this started over a year ago. They have let black mold grown in our basement making it a health and safety risk! First review sometime in 2022/23 Since moving in to this Origin Housing property in 2006 we have had approximately 10 housing officers. Working there must be as horrible as it is living in one of their properties. The housing officers always start out enthusiastic and ready to tackle problems; this enthusiasm always fades away pretty quickly and it is fun (its not really fun) to see how long it lasts. Just got transferred to a new property and have encountered an annoyance of antisocial behaviour from other tenants. Complained to housing officer who only replied once and ignored other messages and then blocked me. Appalling customer service and now im fearing for my safety. Worst housing association. I am a human being and to be dismissed and ignored is just disgraceful.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is shocking and the lack of services around the area is also a disgrace. I made a complaint in November which still isn't sorted which is a huge health and safety risk. Everyone just ignores me despite the constant chasing. I would never ever recommend anyone to get involved with this company. They are a pure headache and I regret ever signing and contract with them. They don't care about the tenant the manager is kept putting the phone down On my face house looks like a pig stiy i have been complaining numerous times the house got mold and dump stinks everything falling into pieces it's not enough now victim of racism i made a complain don't wanna hear my voice to me racism unacceptable plus cuisine tenant for something don't even exist
