I checked into the Origin Hotel on Thursday, January 18, 2024 between 11:00 and 12:00, room 227. I went up to the room ran the hot water for 10 minutes, the water never got hot or even warm. I went back to the check in desk and reported the problem to the the desk clerk. I left the hotel and returned at 5:30 the same evening.
