I just have to give a shout out to three of the best Origin healthcare workers I have has the pleasure to meet. First is Sarah, a sweet compassionate visiting nurse. Second is Ronal, PT assessment who is thorough and kind and lastly is Chris my Physical therapist who helped me gain my strength back. Thank you for making my healthcare experience so good.
I just want to give 5 stars to my Social Worker Jenniffer Clayton is the second time that she have been assisting me on all my social needs. Origin she is a keeper! Thank you for your bilingual Social Worker. Very professional and detailed oriented.
Original Home health has been a life saver. The social worker Jennifer Clayton went above and beyond. I had been struggling with getting my mom Medicaid. Hired an attorney and it’s just been a back and forth with paperwork. I spoke with Jennifer when she came for a home visit for my mother. She took time out of her day to sit with me and run the paperwork. My mom was approved for Medicaid two weeks later. I have been waiting for a year and a half for the attorney to do this. 2nd time using Origins services. PT & OT reps. are great, but the business operation is poor! They make appts. and the may give a 2hr windows and are STILL LATE and do not call/text that they will be late. Sometimes they just show up at the door expecting you to be available for a session. Based on my past experience with Origin I addressed these issues to avoid some of the issues and make the experience a more productive and less stressful and was assured these issues would not re-occur.
