Gym and it's facilities are quality. But the people care. Alfie in particular has helped me a lot in a short space of time. If want people with knowledge and not just your run of the mill PT's this is the place for you.

I joined Origin in April 2024 after I realised that whilst going to exercise classes is good for fitness, I wasn't seeing any progress in my strength and conditioning. The programming at Origin is excellent and I have seen a huge difference in every aspect of my fitness most notably my strength. What I didn't realise when I joined was that I was also joining a community of diverse but like-minded people who are so supportive and welcoming. I didn’t intend to join a gym like Origin, I was ready to dip my foot back in to the world of commercial gyms with a personal trainer after a near 20 year hiatus. But I’m so glad I never. The group PT sessions are fun, engaging, challenging and competitive. The team at Origin make sure they get the most out of you, all with a smile! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now
