Michael got me a very, very low five year fixed rate from one of the big five banks. Funny thing is, when he was referred to me, I was actually just trying to ask him if it was possible for him to match the fixed rate offered by another lender who preapproved me first. He did not give me any guarantees but he only promised one thing, that he was going to do his best to match that rate.
