Terrible customer service and no empathy.. stay away
If I could give zero stars, I would. Origin Fertility failed us in every possible way. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disregard for our emotional and physical well-being was absolutely unacceptable. We made it very clear from the beginning that we wanted to transfer two embryos. It wasn’t until the actual transfer appointment that the doctor casually mentioned they no longer allow double embryo transfers due to a new mandate. I had the worst experience with Dr. Elkins. I would never recommend this woman if you are a black person. she is clearly VERY RACIST. My husband and i told her exactly what we wanted, she went against our wish and did something else without consulting us. We paid for her services completely out of pocket but she had the audacity to ghost us after putting me on meds and never telling me when to stop them.
