Being Japanese, I am very picky about Japanese food served in the US. I found this restaurant exceptionally good even for my standards. I had a Chirashi and I can say this restaurant’s chef knows how to prepare it in the authentic Japanese way. The sushi rice was prepared just perfectly and selection of fish was also outstanding. Also, I need to mention that their miso soup was excellent with good dashi.
