I am unsatisfied with their service
An Orifice truck comes to collect trash outside of my apartment at 5am twice a week - lights flashing, noise blaring, waking everyone on the street up. It is awful and very unprofessional. Not to mention it also breaks Boston City Code which only permits construction-level noise after 7:00am
Orifice wakes up the whole street at 5 am every morning. I am someone who needs my morning rest, and this ruins my day and my productiveness at at work on a consistent basis. As I am healthcare worker, obviously this is concerning. It also breaks Boston City Code.
People driving their trucks tailgating and honking at other motorists. No bueno
