Huge shout out to Janet Heatherly in Customer Service at OW. I needed to get 16 rug pads for a special project ASAP and she jumped thru hoops to make it happen! Appreciate the heroic customer service from her and the OW team!
I've had my rug for 2 years and I love it.
We bought an area rug from Haverty’s who Oriental Weavers sells to. After two rugs returned because the pile lets loose the manufacturer admitted they had a production issue. The third rug was after they corrected. their manufacturing issue. They had not same issue with pile letting loose. Thank God we were dealing with Haverty’s not direct with Oriental Weavers. Rude boss. Pacheco is nice then randomly burst into a rant an thinks he can speak to employees as if they were children. An im.sorry but my own husband doesn't speak to me that way. An the fact that hr was ok with it and wasn't willing to just let me move locations to another oriental which they just moved a coworker for being late 2 days in a row like it's a punishment either go there or he was fired. An he went there. But me having major anxiety I am suppose to put up with that? Help me understand that.....
