Love my rug! Bought the Addison rug twice.
Huge shout out to Janet Heatherly in Customer Service at OW. I needed to get 16 rug pads for a special project ASAP and she jumped thru hoops to make it happen! Appreciate the heroic customer service from her and the OW team!
I've had my rug for 2 years and I love it.
We bought an area rug from Haverty’s who Oriental Weavers sells to. After two rugs returned because the pile lets loose the manufacturer admitted they had a production issue. The third rug was after they corrected. their manufacturing issue. They had not same issue with pile letting loose. Thank God we were dealing with Haverty’s not direct with Oriental Weavers.
