My husband and I are on a boat, and our cat, Ernie, injured himself, causing a nasty laceration. We stopped at Oriental because we found Dr. Hicks' website and saw she was close to the town docks. She saw us immediately, and worked through lunch to sedate and suture Ernie's laceration. We left Oriental today (the next morning). Ernie is back to his old self, running, jumping, and being adorable! THANKS SO MUCH to Dr. Hicks and her staff for taking care of Ernie on such short notice!!
I brought a rescued kitty in and paid for his HIV/feline leukemia test. Dr Hicks took care of everything else and said they will foster the kitty until he is adopted. True animal lovers! So happy to have found such a caring animal hospital.
I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for.
