Horrible experience. The front lady was rude. Had taken appointment for massage for 5 people for mother 's day.She took appointment and when we went there she was yelling first said no appointment was taken then she is showing my number and saying appointment is booked...I had mentioned i need lady massager. She was short staffed I think.. she is sending male person which I was not comfortable. We all had to come out without taking the service Ruined our plans...Worst customer service never ever will step again
They are very rude and unfriendly Especially the lady who is at desk very ill mannered I used to go frequently but not anymore If you tip less sometime as their service is not so good , she becomes hag and nag
