Very disappointed again! 2nd time I'm trying to use a gift certificate and had a problem. The man at the desk is not client friendly (takes phone calls and continues running things while giving a massage - ridiculously rude!) He barged in on my massage today advising the certificate I presented had expired...guess what, its illegal to have an expitlration date!
