Not reliable. Booked online last Tuesday for appointment on the next day. Someone texted late at night requested to reschedule to next week wed. Received text on Monday night to confirm Wed appointment. Went to the shop today . The place is closed. Very disappointed.
Poor service. I never got my massage because when I mentioned I had a gift card they kept saying fully booked even a month out. I called again not mentioning the gift card and was able to get a time and then I told them about the gift card after. However they then cancel the massage a few days out. The massage itself could be great but I’ll never know.
Yesterday, I visited Oriental Spa for the second time, where I enjoyed a massage followed by a facial. Both experiences were incredible; the body massage was the most stress-relieving I've had in a long time. When I left, I felt completely free of aches, as if I were walking on a cloud. The therapist who took care of my treatment had hands of gold. I am rebooking and eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
