I went here for my very 1st time today as my son gave me a voucher. I was greeted with friendly ladies who were very helpful helping me choose which treatment would suit me. I had body, head and foot message. Wow was amazing. I have never had a message like it. They are very professional. I even had a beautiful milk bath covered in rose petals with chocolate, lemon water tea in the most beautiful cup and pot over tea light to keep it warm with honey and lemon. Was so relaxed. I called several times to reschedule my appointment, but no one answered. Customer service needs improvement.
Not reliable. Booked online last Tuesday for appointment on the next day. Someone texted late at night requested to reschedule to next week wed. Received text on Monday night to confirm Wed appointment. Went to the shop today . The place is closed. Very disappointed.
