Exceptional experience with Jessie at Oriental Spa. Jessie was attentive and professional. Even though she didn’t speak English well, she took the time to explain and learn what I needed using her translator app. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep at the end of the massage service. She didn’t interrupt me and allowed me to sleep for a few more minutes. I will definitely come back to this Oriental Spa again next time because of her amazing service.
I'm so furious. I had an awful week and just wanted to end it with a nice massage. I go to try a new place, which is my first mistake. I walk in and it's like 80 degrees, which okay that's fine. The lady doesn't speak one word of English, not even simple words or gestures. Which again, that's also fine but it was very hard to communicate. The massage itself was just awful.
