Good professional service, my nice old family rug was left in good hands with Micah and his team. They managed to lift several years of toddler- related stains out of it and made it look like new. You can see in the before and after pics, signs of foot traffic and stains removed, and the fringe was nicely restored. Google location isn’t accurate, make sure to go all the way down the hill. They do pickup service but you get a 20% off for bringing it in yourself. These guys know their stuff. Will definitely be back.
We are delighted with the results of cleaning our 10’ x 7’ Turkish silk Killim. We were careful in selecting a business with the right expertise to do the work and found Micah and Rug Pros. Subsequently we had a 7’ 6” circular rug cleaned by them and are very pleased with the results.
Micah was very kind and knowledgeable. He gave me a 20% discount for transporting my rug. He suggested taking before and after pictures so I could see the difference….and there WAS a huge difference. Thank you!!
Too bad there isn’t a way to put 10 stars or 1000 stars or more! Micah and Dan are experts and you can feel in excellent hands with your oriental rug treasures. Over the top custom care. They love your rugs as much as you do and each one has its own story.
Great service and communication. Have had multiple rugs cleaned, they always do an awesome job!! Will be bringing all my rugs here for cleaning.
