Not too pleased with my experience here. I was told to leave a card on file to get 2 samples. The other sample was supposed to be shipped to me, I needed the other sample to compare. That never happened. Waited weeks for the sample to be shipped and one day my card was ran, for a sample that I never got. I ended up purchasing my rug from a different store all together. Ended up ordering a different credit card as well so I don’t get hit with anymore charges.

We had a great experience here. I used the rugstudio website they link to for a more affordable rug for under my drum kit (the drum brand name rugs are surprisingly atrocious) and although it was on the cheaper side of what's possible in the broad spectrum of rugs, it's a nice rug with good colors and it works great. For our living room, we went here to pick out some options. Visited this rug store and was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety and quality of rugs available. The staff member who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They offer both machine-knitted and handmade rugs, with the latter reflecting the craftsmanship and naturally being more expensive. Overall, a great place to shop for unique and high-quality rugs!
