(which has the most rug stores in Houston) I found the best services, customer care and prices at Oriental Rug Factory. Not Recommended - Prices too High – Buyer Beware - There are no returns at this store, exchanges only --- Their prices are way out of line in comparison with others. For example: I paid 38% more for a rug at this store and then unexpectedly found the exact same rug on the internet -- A first quality on the internet. Advise to shop around and don't waste your time with these folks.
