Absolutley fantastic from start to finish! We have a new puppy and our rug had a few new puppy pee accidents. We used another company for our area rug cleaning service. When we got the rug back from them, it still smelled of urine. We saw that the Oriental Rug Cleaning Plant had a guaranteed pet odor removal, though skeptical, still gave them a go. Courteous, informative, and effective. It took me a while to find this type of service and I am so glad it was ORCP! The pick up and delivery was painless, the quality of the work done superior. We'll definitely call on the guys when are rugs are dirty again!

I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY! I am always skeptical about readings reviews with any company but let me tell you, this company is a rarity in this day and time.
