Our experience with Oriental Rug Care was outstanding. The carpets came back looking better than new. The staff was excellent. Jessie, Roger & Mike couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient. Debbie, who coordinated pick up & delivery, was most pleasant & easy to work with. All in all a great choice. Would certainly use them again.
We have used Oriental Rug Care multiple times bringing back the same area rugs. Each time we bring them back for the base cleaning, the price is different and always more. Matt is wonderful but be cautious with Debby and Sandy. We will no longer use them. They service our condo building and most of the reviews from other residents are negative.
