We had a good experience from making the appointment to the pick up, cleaning and drop off. The rug cleaning and the couches all looked very good following the cleaning. The technicians were very good and I would recommend this company.
We took in our large rug (8.5x11.5) that reeked of pet urine and had light pee stains, it took about 9 days. When we picked it up after cleaning, we were impressed with how much lighter it was and there was no remaining smell, it was like a brand new rug! They did a great job! Service was very friendly.
These guys did a great job! Rug cleaning looks good and they were very patient in reinstalling my rugs after cleaning. Thank you Oleg and Jose!
They did a great job cleaning my Turkish rugs at a reasonable price. Their pickup and drop-off service made everything easy. Herman and Jose were very helpful in placing the rugs in my new Condo.
