ORCC was incredibly easy to work with! They were very communicative through text with scheduling and updates, which I prefer. The pickup and drop off service is also so great and convenient. We will use ORCC again for our rug cleanings! Thank you Vytas and other employees for your wonderful service!
If I could give 10 stars I would...Great service and fantastic cleaning..pet odors gone!!! Rugs look great and feel great I couldn't be happier.
They did a great job on our rugs! We had a bit of a complicated order in that they had to be picked up from one location and dropped at another, but it worked out very well. Everyone was pleasant to work with and we were very happy with the results!
Zach and Jose did an amazing job! They picked up and delivered both of our vintage rugs, removing a stubborn dog smell from one and completely erasing the evidence of our dog’s very rude welcome-home gift on the other. Both look as good as ever. Also, very reasonable pricing for our oversized vintage oushaks. Thank you so much!
My experience with Carpet Cleaning Group was great. The rugs look great and they were very responsive and respectful and wonderful communicators! Highly recommend.
