I’ve used Carpet Cleaning Group a ton over the years and they always come through. I have a dog so annual couch and rug cleanings are important. Friendly, flexible staff and great results always! I can’t recommend them highly enough (Especially good service with Zach and Oleg who dealt with pickup and drop off of our oriental rug last week- I wasn’t home and said I’d leave the porch open but forgot. They were totally understanding and came back the next day)
I had an old rug I got secondhand that had been in storage for who knows how long and stained with who knows what, and I wasn’t sure how much would come out, but it turned out absolutely beautiful! The technician Oleg did a great job, and all staff I interacted with were polite and professional. Thank you!
