We had three wool flatweave rugs picked up from our apartment in Williamsburg, and the whole process was seamless. They moved the furniture for us and explained their cleaning process. Rugs came back looking fresh and soft, and there were no chemical smells either. Super happy!
I had my Turkish rug cleaned here, and honestly, I expected better. They gave a free quote, sure, but the results were underwhelming. The rug didn’t look much different when I got it back, and I’m not even sure it was cleaned thoroughly. Some of the detail in the pattern seemed faded. For a city like New York, where service standards are usually higher, this just didn’t cut it.
Don't suggest. After my5x7 area rug arrived, these workers took a total l of 15 minutes to set it up and clean it. Certain parts of the rug, particularly the surrounding region, were either completely wet or completely dry. The work was hurried. Not worth the money or the time. I'm never going to use this business again.
Even though we only had one area rug, we were charged $450 for two, and neither the charges nor the rugs were returned. Despite our several calls and two assurances that they will be returned, we have yet to receive a response. We would like to report this company because we think it is fake. I wouldn't trust this company because David is a bad businessman. Not at all
