Jerry did a great job cleaning my rugs before my move. Picked up at my old address, gave us a date for return and they dropped it off at the new place, no trouble! I got great information on my carpets too, these folks are experts about their craft. Very easy to work with, I'll be using them for all my carpet cleaning and repair in the future.

I had a severely damaged Persian Mahal rug. Within a couple of weeks, we agreed to crop the rug to preserve the good portion, and create fringe on the sides from the existing weaving. They also cleaned it. It looks so cheerful and bright now. Jerry was a very responsive, clear communicator from start to finish. Aidan was fast with pickup and delivery. Lastly the price was very reasonable!

I couldn't believe the transformation! The team did an incredible job restoring our worn-out rug. The colors are vibrant again, and all the damage is gone. Exceptional service and quality work from start to finish. They even provided tips on how to maintain the rug's condition. Truly a five-star experience!

I am very impressed with pure green carpet! They were amazing. I hired them to do a commercial office space with several stains and faded areas due to prior use and high traffic. The space looks clean and smells fresh - love, the deodorizer and protector element! Grateful for their ongoing communication throughout the process and the diligence they took, including hands scrubbing, and focus on small details.
