This company ruined my Etan Allen rug and refused to pay the one thousand dollars it offer for ruining the rug so I could purchase another. The rug is called Chinese Medallion it’s on Etan Allen web site. I am seeking an attorney to sue the company. Joe, is very unprofessional.
