I called in advance to schedule a one hour massage for a group of six and was told that they could accommodate us by brining in staff from another location as long as we came early. We showed up for the scheduled appointment 10 minutes early at which time we were told there were only two employees and they were not prepared for us. The lady was very rude and did not even attempt to try provide the appropriate customer service.

You are not getting a “real” massage. I get professional massages almost weekly and can tell you that not one professional technique was used. I would liken this to the type of a massage that one spouse would give to another. Your body will not be covered up most of the time. There IS a towel but when laying on your stomach, and getting your legs worked on, you will be exposed from your waist down, both legs exposed and pulled apart enough to make you very uncomfortable.
