If I could give -3 stars I would! I booked a 120 minute massage with this place thinking I would relax before my flight. I was quoted $150 on the phone. I asked for light pressure so I could just relax but I was given hard pressure. Not a big deal I was still able to relax during some parts. Very uncomfortable experience all together, I called to book an open appointment for two 90 minute massages when we arrived at 4 we were lead straight to the room and the door closed right behind us; being left with no instruction we waited for our masseuse for further instruction. 5 mins later the same two ladies that brought us to the room asked why we hadn’t undressed (we were never told to) they closed the door again and then walked in while me and my partner were still undressing. Absolutely excellent. Go in there knowing you are going to pay $20 for massage oil that is not included in the price. And they will try to upsell you for longer time. Now that is behind you, I booked an hour and was upsold to an hour and a half with massage oil and STILL paid less than a crappy massage is Miami. My husband gives the deep tissue massage 9/10 - high praise from an incredibly athletic man! Tina did a great job and did not try to upsell! We DID purchase the extra sports rub for my husband and the lavender oil for my relaxing massage. Nancy listened and followed thru when I asked for medium pressure. I have never experienced something so rude. Overall it was a great procedures one like I've never had. I'd for sure consider doing this type of experience again. 1.5 hour massage, 1 hour head spa with a face mask. I couldn't give it 5 stats for two reasons. First a forced $20 add essential oils during the treatment that was about 3 drops of oil so little I never even smelled it.
