Frustrating. “Alice” was nice but I just didn’t have a good experience. Place is clean and comfortable. I needed (1) hr and texted (due to language barrier) specifically about a muscle spasm I am experiencing. I needed that muscle worked out. She asked “hard or medium” on pressure. I feel like I didn’t get medium. I am bruised from a deep tissue massage I didn’t want and she never touched the area with the spasm, even though I showed it to her. First timer 😁 I have chronic pain and got the hot stone massage. It involved less hot stones than I thought it would, but it was very relaxing! The staff was kind and patient, and I appreciated the water they gave me at the end. Based on my limited experience, it seems worth it/like a nice massage. I could feel the crunchy knots getting worked out, especially in my upper back. I feel very loosened up and more flexible.
