I had an excellent massage experience with great customer service and a professional quality massage. Grace was kind and considerate and very experienced in her techniques. She was able to help with my neck and shoulder tension related to my office job. Clean and peaceful environment, I highly recommend.
A week ago, I booked a 2-hour service per person (60 min foot massage + 60 min back massage) for a group of four. Three of us were using $100 gift card packages that I had gifted for Christmas. I booked over the phone a week in advance and confirmed the exact service multiple times, including 15 minutes before arrival, when they called to confirm and I clearly said: 60 min foot & 60 min back from 12–2 pm. I really liked this location. I recommend it to everyone. However, they didn't like the amount I tipped, even though I did leave a tip, and that honestly upset me. Anyone can tip as much as they want, no one should be forced to give a large tip..!
