Spent �31 and it was easily one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever eaten. Food was absolutely disgusting!!! Glad the bin was hungry!! Highly recommend avoiding this place!! No email address to contact you directly - I’m writing as a long-standing returning customer of Oriental Chinese, and I have to say this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with your food. Unfortunately, the quality of the entire order was extremely poor. The dishes lacked flavour, both portions of rice were bland, and the ribs were overcooked to the point of being dry and unpleasant. Placed an order waited nearly an hour before they decided to cancel and won’t accept calls. Wasted my time when I could have ordered else where now I’m at risk of not getting any food.
We order from Oriental every time we fancy a Chinese and it’s always incredible. We formally owned a Chinese take away ourselves and really understand good quality food so Oriental is always our go to! The Lady on the other end of the phone is always so friendly and we always have a smile from the delivery man! Honestly so highly recommended!!
Unfortunately my wife and I experienced food poisoning from the food we receieved Sunday night. When we spoke to the restaurant regarding it, they declined to do anything or take responsibility for it due to having "no other complaints" - it was the only thing we had both eaten in a period of time and doctors confirmed it was food posioning. Both had to take the day off work due to being unwell.
