This trailer park used to be very nice and well maintained. Today, trailers are old and in need of repair. There is no place for children to play. Several issues with drainage of storm water. New management took over about 3years ago. They make it difficult for a prospective new tenant to achieve an answer on their application to live here.. sometimes up to 3months before you get an answer if they will allow you to buy a trailer here.
