Worst massage I ever had
To start, my friends and i didnt even get to the massage part. We went in with a 60 minute gift certificate we reveived. The moment we walked in, we werent even greeted properly. The recepcionist had such a nasty attitude that we had to leave. From the beginning she was so rude, everytime she asked a question and we answered she looked so annoyed. She kept going back and forth with her words saying that we needed a proper appointment first but then told us she can take two of us and lastly that we had to come back later. We ... read more
I had a really bad experience. I left feeling disappointed and felt that the staff did not handle the situation professionally. She treat us very rude. I definitely would not recommend this spa. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service in the future.
I received a 90 min massage this week and it will be the first and ONLY time I give this place my business. The woman performing my massage left the room SIX TIMES to work the front desk and answered the phone FOUR TIMES making appointments for other guests while she was on my back! More over, I paid for that time because it's not like she extended it past 90 min to cover the missing time. She also never apologized. Horrible business practices... find someplace else to go before booking with this place.
