Either they don't understand a word of English or they are just rude, I don't know which one it is. Horrible experience overall.
Disappointed is an understatement. The first massage I’ve ever gotten that I wanted it to end. The woman picked up the phone 4 times during my massage. She massaged my body like I was not a person. Just aggressively fast which felt so rushed. I’m actually in pain leaving rather than feeling relaxed. I’m very upset and feel like my money was wasted. I’ve been here once before and didn’t have that experience. Maybe don’t get a massage from the lady in the front.
Cold room, they refused to let me use my gift card but then immediately tried to bully me into tipping even more than I already did so I will never be back
The place itself was decent and clean. The male massage therapist did a decent job. The problem is the use of elbow. Is it really like the only standard asian massage style? Because it really is annoying. It’s painful and not in a relieving way. Not all people like the use of elbow. Also why is it that they leave the door open? You can hear the noise from outside which is distracting.
If you want a massage where they answer the office phone multiple times, scheduling appointments literally as they are actively massaging you, this is the place for you. Also walking out during your massage to tend to front desk. Did not do the hot stone that is supposed to be included either. This was all during a 30 minute massage mind you.. never again.
