Horrible! Probably the worst company as far as following up/returning phone calls. We sent a box to The Philippines on Oct 4th, 2012. We were told it would arrive there at it's destination by Dec 10, 2012. The quoted dates on their receipts say 45-55 days, but we were fine with Dec 10th as having it to our Family by Christmas was what mattered to us.. Terrible Service A word of advice, do not use this shipping company. Believe me, we will never use these people again! First Problem; they called and cancelled the original pick-up of our boxes; they then failed pick-up the boxes the following week (sorry our driver forgot). So in order to get the boxes in the shipping container and on the Ship (according to Orient Star) that would allow delivery while we were visiting family in the Philippines, WE had to drive the boxes to their Skoie Warehouse.
