I've been going here for about 12 years (less frequently, now that I have moved to Utah County). For a firm or deep tissue massage, Lisa is the best... hands down (pardon the pun). No pain, no gain!
I love the owner, Lisa! She is very knowledgeable and a natural healer. She is an intuitive massage therapist, and finds any muscle tension and takes care of it. I like deep pressure and Lisa is able to deliver that amazingly well! I also enjoy her personality very much and trust her skills!
