I scheduled my appointment with Hank, I took my truck in to get an estimate, left it there and was able to get a rent a car all in the same day! My truck was returned to me before the day it was promised and the work done to it was amazing, they even went out of their way to wash and clean the inside, which wasn't expected at all. I was able to keep in contact with Hank through out the time my truck was at O'Rielly which was very nice as well!
