I won a free oil change coupon at a Roadrunner’s game, in nearly unreadable super tiny font size it says not for diesels. When I called to schedule a service I told them that I had a diesel and a free coupon, they said no problem, I had a small issue when I first started. However they fixed it. I’m still frustrated that the not valid on diesel is in tiny font. Please make any stipulations easy to spot, and avoid irritating the customer.
They were very courteous in taking good care of my truck, even adding a plastic cover over the driver seat to keep it clean is quality work. Also, the convenience of having a Lyft ride available was extremely helpful
First time here and would come back if in Tucson and needed service. Our service rep Donte was on the ball and explained everything. Was not thrilled with the 2.5 hr wait, but there were a lot of cars ahead of me, and once taken in there were a lot more cars showing up. Since it did not run any longer, I can live with the stated time. I did appreciate the car wash as well, although many dealers won't do this. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, so all in all it was a good experience.
