Terrible experience. I confirmed my appointment by text, yet they called 20 minutes before closing threatening to cancel my morning appointment if I didn’t confirm AGAIN by 4:30. My wife also went for a cleaning when the dentist wasn’t even there. Because the doctor never saw her, it was billed differently, insurance wouldn’t cover it the same way, and we were stuck paying for it because they said they couldn’t correct it. My husband and I think very highly of Dr. Suh and her staff. They are extremely kind, professional and even entertaining. Dr. Suh is not only a great dentist, she is also engaging and funny.
Dr. Suh and her team provides a perfect care here. Visited her clinic for the third time for my regular check-up and teeth cleaning. Will keep up going in the future.
