Great dr. TERRIBLE office management!!! One day while waiting a LONG time, the office entry door was locked from the outside for some reason. Waiting patients were the ones opening the door for patients to enter. The office was told about the issue, and they said they didn't know how to fix it. They could have posted someone in the waiting room to help with this instead of making waiting patients let newcomers in!
I was on hold for the Webster ofc for 5 mins. On hold for Pasadena ofc for 7 mins. Where did customer service??

Dr. Hampel has taken care of me from my first kidney stones in 2003 to the presently receiving immunotherapy for bladder cancer. He performed reconstruction surgery to restructure my genetically malformed, kidney stone producing, kidney with great care providing many years of a happy properly functioning kidney. Took my dad Pete Mendez had the turp procedure Dr Hampel is amazing !!!! Answers any questions you may have , gives you all details and info you need to know. Very nice and has a great staff around him. My dad has been so very happy with Dr Hampel We pray and give all thanks that we went to him Have no words to explain how amazing he is !!!!
