Take a full inventory of everything you bring. They lost a pair of my pants (the only one I brought in that load), denied it, and told me that it was impossible they could have lost anything.
I love that they can send you a text message when your wash and fold is ready.
Full service and dry cleaning drop off/pick up available 8am-5pm, 8pm-9pm.
The outdoor patio is super cozy. Take a load off outside under the tree.
Better than Superb ! – I have actually purchased one of these lint rollers on the basis of the above review. After using it I examined my $1000 Cashmere coat and felt it looked like a $2000 Cashmere coat. A return on investment such as this is not to be sneered at in the current business climate. The people who work here are among the finest human beings I have ever met. Kudos to Pearl Street Laundry KUDOS !
superb laundromat – This pearl of a laundromat is without peer in my experience. Is it the ambiance? The informed and informative customer service; kind , patient and welcoming? These wonderful people made me feel like I had always belonged to their neighborhood rather than giving me any inkling they viewed me as a contemptible out of town type.
