We were driving to reno and license plate OSSNV straight up ran us off the road because he decided to merge last minute. I don't know what kind of company hires people like that! Beware and I hope he gets what he deserves!

OSS was great! Had garage floors installed, racks mounted above the garage, and a few wall organizers put in. Would highly recommend.
I used OSS about a month ago to install an overhead garage storage rack I purchased from them. Recently, I have reached out to them for additional racks. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. Seldom do I encounter a business to be so unresponsive to a returning customer offering more business. I have since used another local company which I will say, they were almost 40% cheaper, more responsive, and installed multiple racks in the same time it took OSS to install one.
