I really really enjoyed my experience here in Port Jefferson Village at organically connected. I spoke with an amazing woman who was so informative so so kind so knowledgeable. She was really sweet and she really made it that much better. The guy at the door he was fantastic super kind. BEWARE: This place has totally went downhill this past year, customer service is nonexistent, rude and borderline aggressive staff. The products used to be good quality now I’m pretty sure they’ve been spraying their stuff. The biggest issue is the inconsistent pricing of the products, one day they’re telling you an item is $25 the next it’s $60 or one time they tell me it’s $10 for two but charge me $60, it’s all starting to scream SCAM to me and I fear it’ll only get worse and more bold if they continue to be in business.
