After working with Connor for just over a month, I feel very confident saying hes the best trainer I've had. From the meal planning to the workouts, he takes my concerns into considerations and he helps me stay consistent. On our calls he listens and asks for feedback which I'm not used to. His studio is really great and he absolutely makes you feel welcome when you come in. Overall Connor has the drive and passion for what he does and I highly recommend working with him.
I’ve been training with Connor Thomas at Organic Strength over the last six months and he is an awesome personal trainer! I feel stronger, more motivated and energized. From day one, he has motivated and supported me. He knows how to push me to do my best while always being positive, incredibly encouraging and adding humour along the way. His approach is personalized to my goals, and he genuinely cares about my progress. I can’t recommend Connor enough!
5 stars : The workout plan is methodical, meal planning, and information on how to maximise results. Addresses bad habits but Conor is compassionate and understanding about this. Great suggestions on how to approach a healthier lifestyle. Most importantly he makes the sessions fun. So happy to have found Conor and Organic Strength. The gym is well designed and I much prefer a more personal setting rather than a commercial gym.
Been training with Connor for a month now. One of the best people to train with. He pushes you, motivates, inspires and most importantly he lives what he preaches. Truly great anyone who wants to get in shape should get Connor to help them out!!
Great work being done. I’ve been working with TJ for a while now and he’s really helped me not only put on some muscle and lose some weight but ALSO made a huge difference to my mobility. I didn’t realize how much my lack of mobility was slowing me down until TJ’s watchful eye was able to catch it and work with me to improve. I’ve been to other trainers in the past but none of them have taken the same diligent approach TJ has. I can’t recommend him and Organic Strength enough. Thanks guys!
