I’ve been a regular at this nail salon for months, but my recent experience was disappointing. The prices I was charged didn’t match the listed prices on their service menu, and they added extra services or products without asking for my consent first. I asked for white soft dip for my full set, but instead received white acrylic and was charged extra for gel on top—though I didn’t request gel polish and didnt get the gel polish either. I came in about 50 mins prior to closing and Marie & Mai did my pedicure and full set so beautifully! They were very sweet & did excellent!!!!

This is my fifth time visiting Organic Nails in Lake Nona, since moving to the area and I can't express enough how amazing my experience with this salon has been! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering earlier appointment times with a personal call, which is such a thoughtful touch. Do not recommend! Had a pedicure done today and no lotion or massage done. Service was definitely lacking here. Had better pedicures.
