Love this place very much. I am not good at making appointments. Prefer walk ins. This place is exactly what I need. Nail technicians extremely nice and polite. Well equipped salon. ENJOY coming here
Had an appointment for 11:00. They took us in at about 11:20 and I sat in the foot bath for another 20 minutes with no one helping me. I finally had to ask if someone was coming. People make appointments for a reason. If you can’t honor it, then say it up front. Then they rushed me through and did a bad job. The manicure was not even done except for filing my nails a little. Very bad service. 60usd!!!! For this. No cleaning at all, the shape also is the worse. They barely understand your needs and:or request. My “nails technician “ was Rose. Don’t waste you money here
They were rude. Only nice when it comes to the time to pay so they can get a nice tip. Rude tone.
I’ve been a somewhat regular customer but I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m getting fed up with the high prices plus needing to have to ask and pay extra for a manicure when getting dip/non-chip done. Wouldn’t they want their customers leaving looking their best as part of the price? The service is inconsistent and mediocre at best. They kept giving me too hot water for pedi, too hot water for mani, and I’m someone who likes scorching hot showers.
