I had an appointment for traditional mani/pedi. I was asked several times if I wanted to switch to no-chip polish, which I politely declined. I accidentally touched a nail after the manicure and the tech kindly fixed it. She told me to keep my nails under a light to dry… she tested & re-polished a nail 3 times over the course of an hour because it wouldn’t dry! An overcoat and spray was already applied. I’ve been going to Organic for several years. It has always been busy and seemed well run. I love the pedicure I recently got a few weeks ago. My usual nail tech is no longer there and I have been using whomever is available and it’s been ok, but today I got someone that I had never seen before and it was not a good experience. He had a heavy hand and I kept expressing my discomfort to him. When he clipped my cuticles, he actually made them sore by clipping my skin. Love this place very much. I am not good at making appointments. Prefer walk ins. This place is exactly what I need. Nail technicians extremely nice and polite. Well equipped salon. ENJOY coming here
Had an appointment for 11:00. They took us in at about 11:20 and I sat in the foot bath for another 20 minutes with no one helping me. I finally had to ask if someone was coming. People make appointments for a reason. If you can’t honor it, then say it up front. Then they rushed me through and did a bad job. The manicure was not even done except for filing my nails a little.
