I did a walk in at 5pm on Sunday as a first timer and Lilian was able to take care of me last minute. She understood my request perfectly and made sure I was comfortable. She asked concise questions and was very detail oriented. She even stayed past closing to ensure satisfaction. I hope to request her for future visits.
Clean, friendly, great work, relaxing, makes you feel comfortable and welcomed, meticulous nail work and cleans nails well. Will be coming back each month. Friendly team night or day time which is so awesome. Affordable. Was not expecting such a great price.
As a first time customer Venus really took such great care of me. She embodies what it means to truly give such great customer service. She did such a great job on my dip manicure and gel manicure. The quality of their products are truly top tier. I can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10⭐️
