Organic Nails used to be my favorite salon — I’ve been going there for a long time because their work was always beautiful. Unfortunately, the last few visits have completely changed my opinion. I’m Deaf, and while communication can take a little extra patience, I always make sure to explain what I want clearly. Lately, though, I’ve been getting looks, comments, and flat-out attitude from staff who act like they don’t want to do my nails. My last visit was the worst. Maya the owner is dedicated to 100% above and beyond customer service. She fixed my nails no problem and even let me get a different color without charging for it. The place is clean, comfy, and quiet
This was my first time coming here and it was wonderful. The staff is so friendly. They were packed, too. My nails came out so beautifully. Edit- came here a second time for a manipedi, never disappointed! The staff is so kind and quick and wonderful. Great price for the services you receive.
This place is going down hill. No workers, the owner is rude, the manager jess? Also has poor customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.
